Ordered on 17 October 2025, local shipping should take 1-2 days. However, after 4 long days, no update had been given to me. Thus, i emailed them and it was initially a back and forth for multiple days until they finally decided to send me a tracking number on 28 october which is 11 days after ordering. On 29th October, I received the wrong package and received a package from KEEN instead. I requested a new tracking number and shipment and i received the shipment tracking number on 31st october and took them another 5 days to deliver the right package. Overall really bad customer service and u have to wait days for a reply for ur email. Much easier going to Shopee and ordering from them instead as they offer Next Day Delivery. Process took 19 days when it was supposed to be 1-2 days
