All shipments to Malaysia, Indonesia and Philippines are delivery duty unpaid.
We offer free standard shipping for all purchase above SGD100 (or equivalent value in IDR, PHP and MYR) before tax and shipping and after discount or voucher where applicable.
Free shipping for all Singapore's order with minimum SGD100.

Indonesia - SGD30
Malaysia - SGD10
Philippines - SGD30
A confirmation email will be sent out once your order has been received.
It will take minimum 2 days (or 1 day for orders placed before 12pm GMT +8) to process your order.
Once your order is packed and ready to leave the warehouse you will receive an email providing you with tracking information.

Local Pick-Up Policy:
1. Order Processing Time:
- Orders for pick-up will only be filled starting on the day after the order date.
2. Shipping Method Changes:
- Requests to change the shipping method for pick-up orders are not permitted.
- Please contact our customer service to ask for a refund and place a new order with desired shipping method
3. Stock Availability:
- The availability of ordered items is not guaranteed and is subject to stock availability.
- If the ordered item is not available, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Collection Timeframe:
- The ordered items must be collected within 14 days from the date of the notification email.
5. Uncollected Orders:
- Overdue uncollected orders will be cancelled, and a refund will be processed without prior notice.
