Gunung Stong (1,422M) is one of Malaysia's most unspoilt nature spots for nature lovers like you and me. With hiking as one of the main activities that you can do, Baha camp (the basecamp) offers one of the best scenery that's just 2 hours hike from the jump off point! On top of that, explore Jelawang Waterfall with a spectacular view and reward yourself with cool refreshing water by jumping into the river.

The story of Fjällräven and Mount Stong began in 2017, when we hosted our very first gathering in Malaysia. What started as a simple hike soon became a yearly tradition, guiding first-time trekkers to their first summit, celebrating a surprise wedding at Camp Baha, and sharing countless meaningful nights under the stars.
After a pause during the pandemic, we returned last year and reconnected with the mountain, with nature, and with all of you. It reminded us why Stong has always held a special place in our hearts.
Now, in our second year back, this journey is about continuing what we have rebuilt. Stronger bonds, deeper experiences, and new stories waiting to unfold.
The mountain is calling again, and this time, we climb not just to rediscover, but to grow together.
