Received order with wet wrapping packaging (from eye side can’t see until unbox the packing), bag wet with smelly and awful smell, contacting CS to ask for exchange, at first CS agreed and ask me to the store for exchange once the stock is ready but until now yet to settle, bag received on 04/12, unbox the parcel on 05/12, immediately informed CS, until now 17/12 yet to get the exchange, still waiting store to inform and send me notification if the stock is ready at store for pickup and exchange. Now the bag from wet to dry conditions. The funny things is now Lazada kanken flagship store selling much lower compare to the official website because of 12.12. Bought the bag at higher price due to urgent needed to use the end can’t use. Did inform the CS I don’t mind to change colour since NAVY colour no stock, the end still ask me to wait for initial colour stock. This bag will be my 9th bag from Kånken, this time round really feel disappointed with this kind of services from Singapore store. Previously bought from others country store, not even have such experiences and bad services. Now I ask for return and refund since the stock keep run out of stock, no reply from CS, really hope some more can contact me via WhatsApp [****] to get this issues settle asap! Haiz…
